Smart use of time

The nVision Agent provides information about the time spent on work with various applications and websites in any selected period. Managers receive regular e-mail notifications with a summary of the activities of their teams. Job planning becomes easier, and the elimination of distractors allows for the smarter use of time.

Reliable data on activity

So far, the activity reports from Axence nVision have only been available to network administrators.From now on, the business has permanent, unlimited access to the activities of any employee. IT departments will no longer have to spend time on generating activity reports for supervisors in the nVision Console.

Education of employees in the context of their activity

In the new module, each employee within the organisation may access his or her own activity indicators. Teams and employees will be able to review their activities in a given period and get a complete overview of the areas that require the highest involvement. The employee may select a specific activity period to view his or her historical data.The rules which have been applied allow various distractors and ineffective actions to be identified.

Adaptation to the needs of your organization

Work differs very much from team to team. Organise the time by dividing the applications used by employees into productive, neutral and non-productive ones.You can set exceptions for selected groups, for example, Facebook, although globally set as non-productive, may be productive for the marketing team which uses it frequently in their daily work.
