Sharing a dashboard

1.Share a dashboard in read-only mode with any user in the following way:

2.Press the share button next to the dashboard you want to share.

3.Move the Share dashboard slider. A unique link and access token allowing access to the dashboard will be displayed.

4.Copy the unique link and the access token and give them to the person who is to  access the dash-board.

Opening a shared dashboard

Run a shared dashboard in the following way:

1.Use the link generated when sharing the dashboard to view it in your browser.

2.Enter the dashboard access token and click Log in.

Once you have completed the steps above, the dashboard will be displayed without the ability to edit it. It is not possible to share editable dashboards.

Disabling the sharing of a dashboard

Disable the sharing of a dashboard in the following way:

1.Expand the list of available dashboards by clicking the box at the top of the screen.

2.Press the share button next to the dashboard which is currently shared.

3.Move the Share dashboard slider. The sharing of the dashboard will be disabled.
