HelpDesk ticket statistics

The widget makes it possible to view a table with information on HelpDesk tickets in the last 24 hours.

The configuration requires the selection of the properties by which tickets are to be grouped (priority, status or category):

Last 10 submitted tickets

The widget makes it possible to view a table with the last 10 tickets created in HelpDesk. No additional configuration is required for this widget.

The oldest 10 opened tickets

The widget makes it possible to view a table with the 10 oldest tickets opened in the HelpDesk module. No additional configuration is required for this widget.
