Deleting a policy

To delete a policy:

1.In the nVision console, click the Tools tab.

2.Click the Manage button.

3.In the drop-down list, click the Manage policies button.

4.In the Policy Management window, click the selected policy, click the Delete button above the list or right-click the selected policy in the list and then click the Delete button.

5.Click Yes in the policy deletion confirmation window.

Once you have completed the steps above, the selected policy will be deleted and will not be displayed in the list anymore. If you delete a policy that is used in the profile, the default policy will be set for that particular profile.

Note! The default policy cannot be deleted. If you want to delete the policy that is the default one, you must first set a different default policy.
