Activity of subordinates

After selecting the activity of subordinates, the activity data for all subordinates of the selected person will be displayed. These data are presented in the same manner as the user group data.

The screenshot below shows the activity of all subordinates of the “User user” on selected day:

The option of displaying subordinates' activity distinguishes between two types of subordinates:

•The first type of subordinates is the so-called direct subordinate. The user (supervisor) who is currently logged in to SmartTime has access to the activities of his direct subordinates. The supervisor does not have to check each of his subordinates individually, because their activity is aggregated and is displayed after clicking on the Your subordinates option.

•The second type of subordinates is the so-called second-degree subordinates (subordinates of subordinates), i.e. users whose superior is subordinates of someone else. For example: Mariusz is Karolina's superior and Karolina is Robert's superior. In the SmartTime module, Mariusz has access to both Karolina's activity and her subordinates, i.e. Robert. Such subordinates are grouped depending on the person who is their supervisor. To view the activity of a second-degree subordinate, select a person from the list who is your direct subordinate

1. After clicking on Your subordinates, the activity of the logged in user's direct reports will be displayed.

2. After clicking on Karolina, the activity of the subordinates of the user Karolina (who is the subordinate of the logged in user) will be displayed..
