Protocols

In the nVision 13.5 version, the functionality of the protocol template generator was introduced. In Asset Settings, in the Protocols tab, Administrators who have access to the Inventory module in nVision can view the list of protocols generated by the system in the form of a table. The table consists of several columns:

•Protocol title

•Protocol number

•Date

•Assets (count)

•People (count)

The table can be filtered by the protocol title and also searched by keywords using the search engine.

The following actions are available from the protocol history window:

•Add - opens the protocol generation window

•Delete - deletes the given protocol

•Open - opens the given protocol in the browser

•Save - allows you to export a given protocol in .PDF format
