Antivirus software proper setup

In order to assure the correct operation of nVision in accordance with program requirements, add the following folders to the anti-virus software exclusion list (disk operations and network connection):

•C:\Program Files\Axence\*.*

•C:\Program Files (x86)\Axence\*.*

including subfolders on:

• the machine where nVision Server is installed,

• the machines where nVision Consoles are installed,

• the machines where nVision Agents are installed.

Then restart these machines:

•Kaspersky Antivirus 2018

•AVG Antivirus.
