The new version 10.3 introduces further functionalities, offering higher security of your corporate data. In this release we have improved the Network module encryption to strengthen the protection. The upgraded database engine offers higher performance. The new version also includes numerous improvements, facilitating the daily work of administrators in a tangible manner. We have added the option of the remote removal of user files, enabling the administrator to dispose of unwanted files, e.g. downloaded movies or music. Work will be smoother with the new features: file manager in remote access, in the console and device details dialog box, collective actions on multiple hosts and the possibility to configure custom fields related to the selected trouble ticket category.

File manager in remote access

Typical file manager functionalities, including copying, moving and deleting, are now available within the scope of remote management. The solution is available in HelpDesk and Inventory modules.

Configuring custom fields in trouble tickets

With this function the incident reports submitted to technical support departments can be enriched with custom fields defined by the administrator (related to the selected ticket category). The user may be required to fill in defined fields with specific information or to perform certain actions before reporting the incident. As an effect, the time needed to verify the reports is reduced.

Managing Windows processes from the level of the device details dialog box

When viewing processes, you now have the option of stopping selected processes on the given host or the remote running of any processes on a machine.
