Multi-ticket operations

HelpDesk employees are able to simultaneously perform operations on multiple tickets.

To perform operations on a number of tickets at the same time, go to the ticket list. After  selecting items from the list and clicking the Actions button, you can make a mass change to:

Ticket status

Category

Priority

Assignee

In addition, two other actions are available:

Add comment

Delete tickets

Moreover, you can add a comment to the selected ticket(s) or delete the selected ticket(s) (unrecoverable operation).
