Closing a ticket

A ticket can be closed in two ways.

 

Closing from the ticket processing window.

To close a ticket, click the Close the ticket button on the right side of the window. The ticket closing window opens where the employee can specify the time spent on processing the ticket and add the last comment to the ticket:

 

 

 

Closing from the ticket list level

To close more than one ticket at a time, go to the ticket list. After the required items are selected, you can change the ticket status on a mass scale:
