Password reset |
If the password has been forgotten: 1.Run the HelpDesk interface and click the Reset password link. 2.To reset the password, enter the username or e-mail address which was used to log in to the HelpDesk interface. 3.Click Reset password button. If the entered data are valid, a message with guidelines will be sent to the e-mail address. Otherwise, follow the onscreen instructions. 4.Open your mailbox and click the password resetting link in the message received from the HelpDesk. 5.Enter a new password and Save settings. You can now log in to your account with the new password.
