Computer status and configurationˬ
An agent on each workstation sends information about the hardware configuration, system and installed software in the background. You will see the amount of memory, CPU load, SMART status of disks, system configuration, startup commands, local Windows user accounts, groups, network shares, task scheduler and many other parameters. You don't have to wait with the diagnostics until the user has time to give you remote access to the station. ConnectPro also gives you the opportunity to help users who do not have the Agent installed on their workstation. This is possible thanks to the Quick Help function. It allows you to connect quickly using a one-time code.
Remote managementˬ
Without interrupting the user with remote access, you can manage files (and transfer them both ways), edit the system registry, manage processes and services, and remotely execute any commands, including those from powershell.
Our solution is constantly evolving. From now on, it is possible to provide remote assistance to people who do not have ConnectPro Agent installed on their workstation.
