When we say that with nVision 16.5 you have a full license to help, we don't just throw words around! We have made numerous improvements to the HelpDesk module, especially in the additional fields, which are now expanded to best serve you when you are rushing to help users.

 

We also provide you with a whole host of gadgets so that you can tackle any mission like a secret agent. What for example? How about hiding the screen while providing remote assistance, sorting and searching tickets by division, and a new feature for special tasks in the Inventory module: changing the size of the QR code on a printed label.

 

We have also expanded the reporting system in the Network, Users, Inventory, and DataGuard modules. After all, every Agent needs an efficient tool to report their successful secret operations to their superiors.

Additional fields? Mastered!

From now on, additional field options are a real masterpiece, something that every Agent must have!

You can use additional fields in several ticket categories at the same time, which makes them more universal. We have also introduced internal additional fields, visible only to technical support staff, so you can work more efficiently on issues that should only be accessed by support, not users.

Numeric and logical (yes/no) additional fields are another improvement worth mentioning. You can share additional fields with the new reporting system, and, importantly, you have a fully functional search engine that will find what you need, also filtering by additional fields.

Every agent needs tools to report on their spectacular activities. Thanks to the new, streamlined, and customizable system in the Network, DataGuard, Inventory, and Users modules, reporting has been taken to a whole new level. From now on, reports are there to serve you and your needs!

Not everyone needs to know
what you do as a Secret Agent!

Starting with version 16.5, nVision becomes a true secret weapon in the service of security and confidentiality. The new version allows you to hide screens from users during remote access. During a remote access session, you can hide all user screens, which is particularly useful when performing classified tasks. In nVision, this is a standard feature, which is not typical in other remote access systems and tools.

You've got order - sorting by division!

Keeping things organized is one of the biggest challenges, especially when there are tons of tickets in the HelpDesk and new ones are coming in all the time!

 

Thanks to the improvement in the HelpDesk, which allows you to sort tickets by division, it's easier to control the chaos. You decide how to configure individual divisions and how to sort the tickets that belong to them.

Connect remotely even in extreme conditions!

What if the remote connection is particularly complicated, for example because there is no screen connected? Examples include a closed laptop, terminal server, or virtual machine. This is no problem for nVision 16.5.

 

Starting with version 16.5, our custom virtual screen will connect in such cases so that you can rush to help in any situation, even the most unusual ones!

  • We also believe that after years of service, every Agent deserves to retire, which is why, starting with version 16.5, nVision Agents will no longer be supported on the following systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008. Windows Server 2008 R2 will continue to be supported.
