With it, you’ll have everything in one place. With a single click, you can run a script on any group, based on your nVision structure. You can sort workstations by departments, maps, and networks-just the way you work with nVision.

The Powershell Script Library will contain a repository of scripts from the Webmasters Community, to which you can also contribute.

Are you up for the challenge? If so, send us your script- if it proves to be truly powerful, we’ll implement it for all admins using nVision. Scripts from the Community will be added to the repository gradually as part of future nVision updates.

Discover the craftsmanship in the details

nVision 17.5 also introduces many new features to the HelpDesk remote access interface. Most notably, you can switch between sessions faster and view multiple monitors during a remote connection. Now you won’t miss a thing, even if a message or window appears on the user’s second monitor.

Another seemingly minor but significant change is the ability to specify “supervisor” as a category of approvers in the HelpDesk module. This saves you time searching for the right person to approve a ticket. nVision will find that person for you and assign them automatically.

Take control of your network

In the DataGuard module, you can now unlock storage devices -such as hard drives or USB flash drives - for a period of time you specify. This is extremely convenient and brings you one step closer to meeting security standards such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.

All you need to do is set a time in DataGuard for when a given storage device should be locked again, and nVision will take care of the rest. In Inventory, you can create multiple relations between assets. No more hundreds of clicks and hours of tedious work -just one click and you’re done! nVision saves you time and lets you take control of your network.

Do you have a script that helps you tackle the daily chaos of IT?

Don’t keep it hidden away like a treasure buried under a fjord. Send it to Axence and let it become part of other admins’ toolkit.

1. Go to the script submission form

Following the nVision 17.5 launch webinar (after June 9, 2026), we will make a form available on our website through which you can submit scripts to us.

2. Paste the script content

Paste the full text of the script into the appropriate field.

This is your weapon - make sure it’s complete, readable, and ready for review.

3. Add information about the script

Fill in the basic details:

script name,
description of functionality,
author,
organization name,
and any additional information that will help explain what the script is used for.

The better the description, the easier it is for experts to assess whether the script will work on any administrator’s boat.

4. Submit your entry to Axence

After filling out the form, submit the script.

From that moment on, it goes to the Axence team.

5. The experts get to work

Axence specialists will thoroughly check:

whether the script is practical,
whether it can realistically help administrators,
whether its use makes sense in everyday IT work,
whether it is secure.

This is the stage where the script undergoes a trial by fire, ice, and an admin’s common sense.

6. The best scripts will be added to the Library

If your script proves to be useful and secure, it will be added to the Axence Script Library.

It will then become part of a shared treasure trove - ready for other admins to use and to achieve more in IT infrastructure management.

What has changed in the HelpDesk module’s remote access?

The interface has been optimized for speed and convenience. The most important new features are:

Multi-monitor view: You can see everything happening on the user’s screens, even if they are working on multiple monitors.
Faster session switching: Instantly switch between active connections.
Automated approval: The new “direct supervisor” category allows nVision to automatically assign the appropriate person to approve tickets.

How does temporary device unlocking work in DataGuard?

You can now grant access to a USB drive or external hard drive for a strictly defined period of time. Once that time expires, nVision will automatically lock the device. This is the perfect solution that balances work convenience with strict security policies (Zero Trust).

How does nVision 17.5 speed up work in the Inventory module?

We’ve introduced bulk creation of relations between assets. Instead of manually clicking and linking each item individually, you can manage relations in bulk. This saves hundreds of clicks and ensures order in your infrastructure.
