 Create your&nbsp;ticket approval flows
In Axence nVision®14, you can easily create your own ticket approval flows, indicating the people who should decide on the execution of a specific ticket. The system itself will send notifications with a request for approval and notify the appropriate people in your organization.
Enable secure apps in a convenient, self-service&nbsp;software repository
From now on, instead of constantly authorizing the installation of the same application on dozens of computers, it is enough to add it to the list of trusted programs and each user will be able to install it themselves. As a set of authorized applications is created by the IT department, users have access to them directly from the nVision agent on their computers.
New notification channels about alarms
Among other novelties, it is also worth highlighting additional notification channels to which an alert from nVision can be sent. Now, apart from text messages, e-mails and desktop notifications, you can also receive notifications about alerts via MS Teams and Slack messengers. The commercial SMS API application is at your disposal, too!

 <h2>The release of the newest nVision version is fast approaching. Learn more about a new functionality which will allow you to create an IT management and security center.</h2>

 IT departments nowadays have more and more challenges and responsibilities. Increased network traffic, remote work, hacker attacks. Those who are responsible for IT have a need for constant access to live updated information and data to prevent incidents. Therefore, it is worth getting acquainted with the possibilities of a new nVision version. Thanks to this, the administrator will be able to build an IT management and security center to get full visibility of events or incidents in the company's IT network. The administrator not only can monitor the company's security - see unusual employee behavior or recently connected devices, but also have a live view of the key IT parameters like link overload, processor load, HelpDesk tickets or alerts.&nbsp;
In the new nVision version you will be able to build your own dashboards showing key IT parameters which can be displayed on TV screens or monitors. You can display specific dashboards on screens in IT’s rooms and allow your colleagues to observe the same network parameters as you. Moreover, you can also arrange a various set of widgets on separate screens to display them to specific groups of employees – giving them an insight only to areas which they are responsible for.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The number of dashboards which you can create is unlimited and their content is dependent on your own settings, needs and preferences.&nbsp;
New functionality includes a wide range of widgets with clear charts and tables presenting the metrics you care about the most. It will allow you to monitor:&nbsp;

New nVision feature - build your own management and security center

 <h2>In order to increasing performance of processing huge data volumes, we have decided to transfer Axence nVision® to the 64-bit architecture.</h2>
 
 <div class="ce_text block">
 Minimum requirements for nVision server and remote console will change. At least 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 will be mandaory. The nVision Agents will continue to monitor network in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
We are planning to finish whole proces in the end of current year, but final date can change. However, we will be informing you about every new details via email.

 We are working on:
1. HelpDesk: Limiting the visibility and access to tickets
The new feature will give you the possibility of limiting the visibility and access to tickets for specific HelpDesk users. The solution will increase confidentiality and security of requests by selective granting or withdrawing permissions.
2. nVision: Security panel
The new web application will present the most important parameters of the ICT environment monitored by nVision. Views - with the possibility of simultaneous display on many screens, including TV - will consist of fully customizable widgets.
3. DataGuard: Monitoring of local directories
The module will be extended by auditing operations on files in local workstation directories, including system disk.
4. Inventory: Mobile application
The new app for Android devices will support an inventory of assets. It will also allow you to print labels directly from app. </div>

 <h2>Today is the premiere of the newest version of our software with AdminCenter, which increases possibilities and comfort of IT infrastructure management.</h2>

 This new functionality will allow administrators to build their own IT command and security center in their organization. AdminCenter aggregates the most important parameters, events and incidents detected by nVision and presents them on interactive dashboards which can be displayed on TV screens or monitors. You decide which events are critical for your IT network and which information you want to put on your view - efficiency of devices in your network, changes in hardware and software configuration, open HelpDesk tickets, connected devices and many more events. A full list of available widgets can be found in the changelog and on the AdminCenter page.&nbsp;
Metrics are updated every 60 seconds, giving you real-time visibility of all relevant information from the network in one place.&nbsp;
An unlimited number of dashboards will allow you to create multiple views depending on your expectations - you can create a separate view of IT security parameters, a separate one for people responsible for technical support, and you can make other data available for business.&nbsp;&nbsp;
It all depends on your current needs. The widgets in AdminCenter are fully responsive and adapted to display even on the largest TVs, so you can use it to turn your workplace into a real IT command center.&nbsp;
