Product development plans
Remote working time does not stop us in product development. We are currently preparing further functionalities for the upcoming software versions.
We are working on:
1. HelpDesk: Limiting the visibility and access to tickets
The new feature will give you the possibility of limiting the visibility and access to tickets for specific HelpDesk users. The solution will increase confidentiality and security of requests by selective granting or withdrawing permissions.
2. nVision: Security panel
The new web application will present the most important parameters of the ICT environment monitored by nVision. Views - with the possibility of simultaneous display on many screens, including TV - will consist of fully customizable widgets.
3. DataGuard: Monitoring of local directories
The module will be extended by auditing operations on files in local workstation directories, including system disk.
4. Inventory: Mobile application
The new app for Android devices will support an inventory of assets. It will also allow you to print labels directly from app.
