Rules of the promotional offer "Welcome back":
- The organizer of this promotion is Axence sp. z o. o. sp. k. with its business seat in Krakow, ul. Na Zjeździe 11, 30-527 Krakow, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Economic Department of the National Court Register, with KRS no. 0000314005, NIP no. 6751399589, REGON no. 120773290 (hereinafter referred to as Axence).
- The participant of the promotion can be a legal entity, an organizational unit without a legal identity or a natural person conducting business.
- The participant of the promotion can be an end customer and a partner, including partners who are resellers.
- By making use of the promotional offer, the participant consents to these rules.
- Period of the promotional offer: 10/04/2017 - 12/31/2017.
- Promotional offer applies to customers with expired Service Level Agreements without renewal possibility according to Axence pricelist.
- Offer concerns purchase of upgrade to the newest Axence nVision® version for the price of Service Agreement renewal.
- Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, excluding the discounts assigned to Partners and related to having a Partner status. Each customer can take advantage of the offer once during the promotion period.
- Each partner can take advantage of the offer many times, providing that, as an effect of the resale of the software to the end customers, each end customer will use the offer only once.
- Customers can take advantage of the offer by making a direct purchase from Axence or from authorized Axence Partners. A list of authorized Axence Partners is available at http://axence.net/en/axence-partners.
- These promotion rules are valid until 12/31/2017. For effective use of the promotion, including the observance of promotional pricing, it is necessary to submit an order in writing or by e-mail not later than until 12/31/2017.
- Cases not provided for in these rules are governed by the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. All disputes resulting from the promotion will be settled by the court of jurisdiction for the seat of Axence.
- Axence reserves the right to change the provisions of these promotion rules due to important reasons, including technical and organizational reasons. Such changes will be posted on the Axence website every time.
