Promotion for the small and the big – Axence nVision packages at an exceptional price!

We have developed a special promotion for new Axence Customers. Only until Tuesday, 28 February 2017, we are expanding our offer with two special packages:

• USD 600 (net price) for the license for 30 Agents in configuration: Network module + two selectable modules,
• USD 3000 (net price) for the license for 100 Agents in a full module suite.

Rules of the promotional offer "Action Activation":

• The organizer of this promotion is Axence sp. z o. o. sp. k. with its business seat in Krakow, ul. Na Zjeździe 11, 30-527 Krakow, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Economic Department of the National Court Register, with KRS no. 0000314005, NIP no. 6751399589, REGON no. 120773290 (hereinafter referred to as Axence).
• The participant of the promotion can be a legal entity, an organizational unit without a legal identity or a natural person conducting business.
• The participant of the promotion can be an end customer and a partner, including partners who are resellers.
• By making use of the promotional offer, the participant consents to these rules.
• Period of the promotional offer: 01/31/2017 - 02/28/2017.
• The offer applies to the purchase of a new license for Axence nVision^® software in the following configurations:
• 30 Agents, Network module + 2 modules freely selectable from the following: Inventory, Users, HelpDesk and DataGuard,
• 100 Agents, all functional modules.
• Net price of package a) in the special offer is USD 600.
• Net price of package b) in the special offer is USD 3000.
• Offers for package a) and b) cannot be combined with other discounts, excluding the discounts assigned to Partners and related to having a Partner status.
• Offers for quantitative and functional expansion in a scope other than described in these rules will be priced in the following manner: price for package specified in item a) or b) of these rules, plus the price for the standard quantitative or functional expansion, as specified in the valid Axence price list. If the expansions exceed the scope of package a) or b), they will be subject to all expansion discounts according to the valid Axence price list.
• Each customer can take advantage of the offer once during the promotion period.
• Each partner can take advantage of the offer many times, providing that, as an effect of the resale of the software to the end customers, each end customer will use the offer only once.
• Customers can take advantage of the offer by making a direct purchase from Axence or from authorized Axence Partners. A list of authorized Axence Partners is available at http://axence.net/en/axence-partners.
• These promotion rules are valid until 02/28/2017. For effective use of the promotion, including the observance of promotional pricing, it is necessary to submit an order in writing or by e-mail not later than until 02/28/2017.
• Cases not provided for in these rules are governed by the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. All disputes resulting from the promotion will be settled by the court of jurisdiction for the seat of Axence.
• Axence reserves the right to change the provisions of these promotion rules due to important reasons, including technical and organizational reasons. Such changes will be posted on the Axence website every time.
