IT departments nowadays have more and more challenges and responsibilities. Increased network traffic, remote work, hacker attacks. Those who are responsible for IT have a need for constant access to live updated information and data to prevent incidents. Therefore, it is worth getting acquainted with the possibilities of a new nVision version. Thanks to this, the administrator will be able to build an IT management and security center to get full visibility of events or incidents in the company's IT network. The administrator not only can monitor the company's security - see unusual employee behavior or recently connected devices, but also have a live view of the key IT parameters like link overload, processor load, HelpDesk tickets or alerts.
In the new nVision version you will be able to build your own dashboards showing key IT parameters which can be displayed on TV screens or monitors. You can display specific dashboards on screens in IT’s rooms and allow your colleagues to observe the same network parameters as you. Moreover, you can also arrange a various set of widgets on separate screens to display them to specific groups of employees – giving them an insight only to areas which they are responsible for.
The number of dashboards which you can create is unlimited and their content is dependent on your own settings, needs and preferences.
New functionality includes a wide range of widgets with clear charts and tables presenting the metrics you care about the most. It will allow you to monitor:
- efficiency of devices in your network – processor load, data transfer, etc.
- changes in hardware and software configuration on particular assets
- the most popular websites and applications used by employees
- ticket statistics in HelpDesk module
- productivity of selected employees
….and many more critical events in your IT network.
