<p>The new feature will give you the possibility of limiting the visibility and access to tickets for specific HelpDesk users. The solution will increase confidentiality and security of requests by selective granting or withdrawing permissions.</p>
<p><strong>2. nVision: Security panel</strong></p>
<p>The new web application will present the most important parameters of the ICT environment monitored by nVision. Views - with the possibility of simultaneous display on many screens, including TV - will consist of fully customizable widgets.</p>
<p><strong>3. DataGuard: Monitoring of local directories</strong></p>
<p>The module will be extended by auditing operations on files in local workstation directories, including system disk.</p>
<p><strong>4. Inventory: Mobile application</strong></p>
<p>The new app for Android devices will support an inventory of assets. It will also allow you to print labels directly from app.</p>    </div>

      <p>Remote access in nVision® will certainly please everyone who would like to have access to the resources of the company computer from their private equipment. Thanks to this functionality, you'll be able to access the applications and data used at workplace without having to install them on your own device or using third-party applications.</p>
<p>Most importantly, you will be able to do all of these tasks while maintaining the highest security standards, because the <strong>connection is encrypted using TLS 1.2.</strong> So you don't have to worry about sensitive data being stolen by cyber criminals.</p>
<p>The new functionality will allow companies to save money in these difficult times, because it does not require a VPN or additional remote access software, for which you often have to pay dearly.</p>
<p><strong>How does remote access work in Axence nVision 11.6®? </strong></p>

<p>User's private computer connects using TLS 1.2 encryption to the main router in the organization, which redirects the connection to the nVision server, which grants access to a specific workstation in the company.</p>

Na Zjeździe 11, 30-527 Krakow, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Economic Department of the National Court Register, with KRS no. 0000314005, NIP no. 6751399589, REGON no. 120773290 (hereinafter referred to as Axence).</li>
<li class="font-small">The participant of the promotion can be a legal entity, an organizational unit without a legal identity or a natural person conducting business.</li>
<li class="font-small">The participant of the promotion can be an end customer and a partner, including partners who are resellers.</li>
<li class="font-small">By making use of the promotional offer, the participant consents to these rules.</li>
<li class="font-small">Period of the promotional offer: 31.01-28.02.2017.</li>
<li class="font-small">The offer pertains to the purchase of an upgrade to the latest version of Axence nVision<sup>®</sup> 9.</li>
<li class="font-small">An upgrade can be purchased solely by partners or customers who have licenses for versions 6, 7 and 8 of Axence nVision<sup>®</sup> and at least 11 Agents.</li>
<li class="font-small">Should customers have licenses for 11-19 Agents, the upgrade is priced as for 20 Agents, according to Axence nVision<sup>®</sup> 9 price list.</li>
<li class="font-small">In the promotional offer the upgrade purchase price is reduced by 25% in comparison to the Axence price list and cannot be combined with other discounts.</li>
<li class="font-small">Each customer can take advantage of the offer once during the promotion period.</li>
<li class="font-small">Each partner can take advantage of the offer many times, providing that, as an effect of the resale of the software to the end customers, each end customer will use the offer only once.</li>
<li class="font-small">Customers can take advantage of the offer by making a direct purchase from Axence or from authorized Axence Partners. A list of authorized Axence Partners is available at <a title="Axence Partners" href="en/axence-partners">http://axence.net/en/axence-partners</a>.</li>
<li class="font-small">These promotion rules are valid until 28.02.2017. For effective use of the promotion, including the observance of promotional pricing, it is necessary to submit an order in writing or by e-mail not later than until 28.02.2017.</li>
<li class="font-small">Cases not provided for in these rules are governed by the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. All disputes resulting from the promotion will be settled by the court of jurisdiction for the seat of Axence.</li>
<li class="font-small">Axence reserves the right to change the provisions of these promotion rules due to important reasons, including technical and organizational reasons. Such changes will be posted on the Axence website every time.</li>
