      <h2>With new version of our software we enabled the option of choosing two new languages in nVision interface. In addition to English and Polish we added Bulgarian and Lithuanian language.</h2>

      <p>Software development it’s not just providing new features. Very often it’s focusing directly on individual needs of our clients to facilitate their everyday use of nVision system. From now our Bulgarian and Lithuanian users can install nVision 11.9 and use it in their native languages. They can also find more information about our software on our <a href="bg/home">Bulgarian </a>and <a href="lt/home">Lithuanian</a> website.</p>    </div>

      <h2>It is already the third upgrade of our software this year. After renewing the Inventory module and adding remote access, the time has come for significant changes in HelpDesk and DataGuard improvements.</h2>
  
      <div class="ce_text block">
      <p>A key novelty is the <strong>management of ticket visibility which helps </strong>the specific employees of the support department to focus only on tickets assigned to them. It is particularly helpful in companies handling external tickets and multi-branch organizations because it reduces to a minimum the risk of a leak of data often confidential to the public.</p>
<p>In the newest version of nVision tickets management and division of tasks between support employees becomes a lot easier. Now they can assign tickets on the basis of the group to which the submitting person belongs. It is possible to define a rule which – for example – allows specific support employee to receive all tickets originating from the employees who belong to the "Marketing Department” group.</p>
<p>We also implemented a new <strong>automation mechanism</strong><strong>, </strong>a report summing up all instances of exceeding the SLA metrics, an opportunity to publish internal articles and to add comments to closing tickets. The extended search engine in the HelpDesk module allows for the search for attachments and a detailed search through the comment section.</p>
<p>DataGuard module which effectively deal with external data carriers contol, now can do the same thing with local directories – limit access to specifc documents, monitor and alert about dangerous operations on files.</p>

New version of Axence nVision® is now available

      <h2>In order to increasing performance of processing huge data volumes, we have decided to transfer Axence nVision® to the 64-bit architecture.</h2>
  
      <div class="ce_text block">
      <p>Minimum requirements for nVision server and remote console will change. At least 64-bit Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 will be mandaory. The nVision Agents will continue to monitor network in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.</p>
<p>We are planning to finish whole proces in the end of current year, but final date can change. However, we will be informing you about every new details via email.</p>

<p><strong>1. HelpDesk: Limiting the visibility and access to tickets</strong></p>
<p>The new feature will give you the possibility of limiting the visibility and access to tickets for specific HelpDesk users. The solution will increase confidentiality and security of requests by selective granting or withdrawing permissions.</p>
<p><strong>2. nVision: Security panel</strong></p>
<p>The new web application will present the most important parameters of the ICT environment monitored by nVision. Views - with the possibility of simultaneous display on many screens, including TV - will consist of fully customizable widgets.</p>
<p><strong>3. DataGuard: Monitoring of local directories</strong></p>
<p>The module will be extended by auditing operations on files in local workstation directories, including system disk.</p>
<p><strong>4. Inventory: Mobile application</strong></p>
<p>The new app for Android devices will support an inventory of assets. It will also allow you to print labels directly from app.</p>    </div>

      <p>Remote access in nVision® will certainly please everyone who would like to have access to the resources of the company computer from their private equipment. Thanks to this functionality, you'll be able to access the applications and data used at workplace without having to install them on your own device or using third-party applications.</p>
<p>Most importantly, you will be able to do all of these tasks while maintaining the highest security standards, because the <strong>connection is encrypted using TLS 1.2.</strong> So you don't have to worry about sensitive data being stolen by cyber criminals.</p>
<p>The new functionality will allow companies to save money in these difficult times, because it does not require a VPN or additional remote access software, for which you often have to pay dearly.</p>
<p><strong>How does remote access work in Axence nVision 11.6®? </strong></p>

<p>User's private computer connects using TLS 1.2 encryption to the main router in the organization, which redirects the connection to the nVision server, which grants access to a specific workstation in the company.</p>
<p><strong>How to configure remote access in nVision </strong></p>
<p><strong>Part A. (for administrator)</strong></p>

<li>Download and install the latest version of <a href="http://cdn.axence.net/nVisionSetup.exe">nVision 11.6</a> on the server (Axence nVision® license for version 11 is required)</li>
<li>On the \corporate network’s main router configuration (with public IP address) set the port-forwarding rule for incoming connections on 4436 TCP port to the nVision server’s local IP address</li>
